GREEN TEA BREAKFAST SHAKE By Oxygen Magazine
Power up your day with this protein-packed drink. It provides everything you need to keep your body lean: protein, healthy fats and fat-blasting catechins from green tea.                                                                                                                             
Ingredients:
1 cup brewed green tea, cooled
2 cups mixed berries, frozen or fresh
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup quick oats
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp milled flaxseed
1 tbsp wheat germ
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Ice cubes
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Serve.

I don’t reblog much anymore, but this I had to reblog. I’ve never actually had an eating disorder, but I’ve had disordered thoughts about my body. I also have a best friend who is suffering from one and is doing her best to recover. I have seen how hard it is and I know from personal experience how hard it can be to accept the body you were blessed with.

I promise it will get better. And I’m here to talk. :)
